How long does shipping take?
We ship via usps ground which usually takes 3-5 days.
How do I track my order?

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process my return?
Processing takes 5 to 7 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?

How are your soaps made?
Our soaps are made using the highest standards possible. First we start with organic oils such as organic jojoba, coconut and olive oils for our soap base. Next we add essential oils for great fragrance and lastly we color our foaming hand soap with udsa food quality colorants.
We never use harsh chemicals or detergents! and disclose every ingredient on our ingredient list.
Are the soaps staining?
No, our soap will not stain sinks or bathtubs.
Are your hand soaps available for purchase at retail stores?
We are currently only selling online from our website and etsy. thelittlegiraffesoap.etsy.com

Can I use your foaming hand soap in my own soap pump bottle?
Our foaming hand soap will work with any foaming hand soap pump bottle. It MUST be a foaming pump bottle and will not foam with standard hand soap bottles.
